ABOUT WANÅS
KONST LEARNING

WANÅS KONST'S LEARNING MISSION:

Educate, inspire, change.

Everyone should have access to the art!

LEARNING AT WANÅS KONST

The exhibitions always serve as the starting point at Wanås Konst. We offer guided tours, art workshops and activities during school breaks for children and youth. Every year our educators meet around 10 000 kids in activities at Wanås, in the class room, and on their spare time.

We know that art offers an unique opportunity to create common experiences through different activities, conversation and, playful exploration. To be treated equally is a human right. Wanås Konst’s vision is that everyone regardless of background, previous knowledge or disabilities should have access to art. We strive to create the best conditions for your needs. Our learning activities gives familiarity with contemporary art and culture and every day we see how art inspire and how creativity shapes young people’s ambitions and abilities.

Wanås Konst is part of Skånes Konstpedagogiska nätverk and takes part in Bästa Biennalen in Skåne, a biennial of art with a focus on children, young people and adults.

MISSION

Wanås Konst produces and communicates art that challenges and changes the view of society.
